1 - Reward points can be redeemed as a cash deposit to a checking or savings account
or as a statement credit to your credit card account. First purchase bonus points will be applied
6 to 8 weeks after first purchase and are not awarded for balance transfers or cash advances.
2 - You will earn 1.5 Reward Points ("Points") for each dollar of eligible Net Purchases made with your Account within a billing cycle (equal to 1.5% cash back). Monthly net purchase points will be applied each billing cycle. Points expire five years from the end of the quarter in which they are earned.
3 - Late payments or going over the credit limit may damage your credit history. Your credit limit will be equal to the amount of your security deposit.

Through First State Bank of Bloomington’s Online Card Services, you have the ability to access your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Online Card Services enable you to:

Report a Lost or Stolen First State Bank of Bloomington Card
During regular banking hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., please contact our customer service department at any of our locations.
During non-banking hours, please call our debit card processor at 1-844-202-5333. Our processor is CSI (Computer Services, Inc). A CSI staff member will ask you questions to verify your identity and will then cancel your card. Card re-issuance will be handled by us. Remember - you can always turn your card off through online banking or mobile banking if you are unable to report the missing card immediately.
